Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As our products are heavy goods, the provided packaging ensures the items are kept safe during transit.

We will arrange the return and collection of the item for you free of charge.

Non-Eligible Returns:
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts not caused by Dealan.
- The product shows signs of use, wear, damage, tampering, washing, or alterations.
- The product packaging is damaged, tags are removed, or packaging has been discarded.
- The item was purchased on sale.
Refund Process

Inspection:
Once we receive the returned item(s) to our warehouse our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return standards.

Approval:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 1-2 days on receiving the item(s) to our warehouse and sent to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative cards.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account after the confirmation email.
